At the 47 second mark after some breath noises, you can hear a clear “hello!” by Monodon.
This is a beginning as we intend to have our unseen friends speak for themselves, as well as us channeling them.
This would help prove the existence of our unseen friends as well as confirm our channeling.
An important milestone on the road to understanding the psychic skills, and finding practical uses for them!
More EVP’s on the way!
Ancient Peoples Thought That The Raven Flew Between The Worlds; And Was The Messenger For The Gods.
It Seems Ideal That The Raven Should Represent Our Reporting of What is Going on in the World of the Paranormal on the Internet.
In the first 3R report, we will hit the basics; in other words, what scientific justification is there, if any, for psychic functioning?
Here, as well as the rest of the Avian Empire, we put a lot of emphasis on what we learn through psychic means. After all, we are channels ourselves. So, is there any scientific evidence that can show that what we do is real?
We are here surfing the web, and we will visit some sites that hopefully will show that this psychic stuff is real.
And maybe you can try this out for yourself; and see if you can do this too!
Let’s go – shall we?
Remote Viewing (RV) as it is called, is a particular style of psychic functioning that is very scientifically based; with its’ own protocols and terminology. RV has a long history, going onto multiple decades, where dispassionate scientific verification is a key component.
Our first stop is the Farsight Institute. Even a cursory examination can take quite a while to see all of what is there. You can learn quite a bit about it though this site because they even have RV instruction as well. They also have completed RV paperwork from experienced viewers to show the process they go through. It makes fascinating reading.
And do not forget to follow the links around the rest of the RV universe from here as well. This site is a good start if you want to learn RV, you may be surprised as to your results!
Our next stop is the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA) which was started in 1999 by some of the pioneers in the RV world. This site has some awesome resources. Especially check out the library and its’ scientific papers and the Remote Viewing info and the resources links on the right side.
Read through the library, you will be amazed at what has been done in remote viewing since this aspect of psychic functioning got its’ start in the early ’70′s.
For a change of pace away from the pure RV stuff, we now head to the Monroe Institute where Robert Monroe did early research into the Out of Body Experience (OOBE) phenomenon and participated in research that led to the development of the Monroe Institutes now famous Hemi-Sync® method of altering brain states through sound. Even though this is unashamedly a commercial site, it is one of the pioneers in the field and one I’d personally love to spend lots of money at when I have the time and money. Even though my main emphasis is on channeling and, to a lesser extent on RV, I have had limited experiences with OOBE’s on two occasions. It was a lot of fun both times, and a skill I really, really want to get good at. So, as I expand my horizons, I intend to learn OOBE’s as well.
OK, so you’ve looked at the sites, and read through some of it; maybe even the scientific papers – are you ready to experience it first hand?
Now, we go to Dojo Psi, and when we get there, you will see a login screen. On the right, you will see a hyper-link that says Register (free). Click on it and register. I’ll wait…
Done? See, that was painless, and free! Now we are at the fun part of the site. On the top left, you will see three choices, and the top one quite rightfully, is Go View! Before leaving – TRY IT!!!! We are an experiential crew here on the Brig Crow Tarot, we believe on trying things out for ourselves! Look around the page, there is an enormous amount of info here. Most especially if you are not quite sure how to do things yet. Very important! On the right column, below TKR notices, is RV Interviews and Transcripts. Take some time to read these! And if you only have time to read one – read the top one where Joe McMoneagle is interviewed. He is often known as Viewer #001 from his time when he RV’d for the U.S. Army. His words, and for that matter – books – are well worth the money, time, and trouble. As you get to the site more and more – hopefully you will! Read the rest, those names are the who’s who of the RV world. And get a task number and see what results you get.
How did you do? Don’t expect awesomeness on the first try, but normally you get the indication that you at least hit the target a little bit.
Did that whet your appetite for more?
Great! The last site we are going to hit is also a Dojo Psi site. It’s called the Panopticon. The concept is simple – instead of the feedback being merely photos, the feedback is live Web-Cams! It is said by experienced viewers (in other words – not me! Though my experience here does bear this out!) that live feedback is best. In my opinion, RVing here does have somehow a different – better – feel than RVing a photo.
I hope you had as much fun as I did exploring a very, very small part of the world of psychic functioning. I hope in my own way I helped to legitimize the concept for you.
Ahoy There!
By “this stuff” I mean everything that pertains to psychic functioning or multi-dimensionality, as opposed to baseball, or digging ditches.
One of my earliest memories of my entire life started it all for me. It must have been on one of the holidays, because we had relatives over of the sort you only see during the holidays, probably Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Well, it sort of got latish, and my mom put me to bed in my crib. (I told you this was an early memory!) She made sure my covers were over me and that I was comfortable, then turned out the light and closed the door to the back bedroom I was in. I could still hear everybody in the living room talking in the distance, but my end of the house was quiet and deserted.
This situation was one of the things I hated about being a kid. Just when things were getting interesting, the adults would put me to bed to get me out of the way.
I was too excited to fall asleep, and I laid there listening to the distant voices in the living room, wishing I could figure out what they were saying.
The bedroom door was closed, the windows shut, and the room dark.
“Mike.” My eyes went wide. The voice sounded loud and clear. It seemed female, and close. The door had never opened. And it came from the center of the room. I closed my eyes and hid under the covers.
“Mike.” That female voice again, much too close – definitely not a relative – maybe one of those ‘Angels’ the adults keep talking about?
I didn’t care. I continued to hide under the covers.
“Mike.” Terrified, I laid there unable to move or even call out. The voice seemed friendly enough, but I was taking no chances.
After that third time, it stopped. I eventually fell asleep.
Through the years, I tried to ‘logicalize’ that event to make it ‘make sense’.
I tried thinking maybe one of my female relatives snuck back there and tried talking to me.
There are three things wrong with that explanation.
The second explanation I tried was that I had fallen asleep and had dreamed it all. More likely than the first perhaps, but not very likely because I have always had an irritation over being left out of anything! Even in those days, more often than not, the party would break up and my mom would check up on me to find me still awake. At the very least, I would lay there awake for a long time before falling asleep. Maybe this is the explanation that ‘had to be true’, but I knew for a certainty that it wasn’t.
I knew from my earliest days that some ‘people’ were invisible and could come and go as they pleased. Over the years, I have had many other experiences since. And these days I don’t get afraid; I even welcome them, like talking to friends, as some of them now are.
Today, I continue on my quest to learn the reality behind what is going on extradimensionally.
Ahoy There!
This blog is about our journey of exploration through the universe, both seen and unseen, normal to paranormal.
In this journey, we are more like expedition leaders rather than tour guides. For in this journey, we sometimes haven’t been there before either, or maybe just once; rather than the tour guide who knows the area like the back of his hand.
We are explorers, helping to uncover the truth of what is out there rather than telling people what to think. We will try to keep an open mind as we explore, and we hope you do too.
Theories will be tested, and either proven, thrown out, or they will evolve. Whenever possible, we will try to verify, or experiment with what we learn.
When we can’t, we will try to be clear about what is unverifiable or doubtful as to what is verifiable.
Make up your own mind about what we talk about here – some of the stuff we are not sure of either. Remember – we are explorers, and not sure what is around the next bend of the river of knowledge.
We are hoping that as we go on our expedition, that we can uncover new truths, throw out some fictions, and remove fear from this subject.
We feel that with some common sense, that this exploration can be done safely, and free of fear.
We do this because it’s fun, and we hope you think so too!
